Brexit Update 23rd Oct

Before last week the UK Government was fairly bullish that a withdrawal agreement could be achieved, however it then became apparent that there was still some work to do before agreement with the European Parliament could be reached.  There is then the issue of whether the UK Parliament will approve the agreement.
