Metal fittings for the connection of metal pipes
This approval requirement describes the requirements with regard to fittings for gas pipes with a maximum connection size of DN 400 mm, which are applied for connecting pipes with a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar at -20 to +60 °C. Used pipes can be:
• Steel pipes according to AR 15
• Copper pipes according to AR 5
• Steel pipes with external PE layer according to AR 50
