Why Our Services Matter

In the construction industry, the quality and durability of building products are paramount for the safety and longevity of projects. Our Agrément services provide the necessary evidence to demonstrate compliance and performance, giving manufacturers a recognised benchmark to satisfy their customers and stakeholders.

With the ever-evolving regulatory landscape, the demand for proven, high-quality products is only increasing. Our services help manufacturers meet these demands, ensuring their products are fit for purpose and ready for the market.

We pride ourselves on our pragmatic and transparent approach. We assess data on its merit, not against arbitrary requirements, and provide clear upfront information on data requirements and costs. With Kiwa, your main contact during the project is the engineer who makes the assessment and writes your Agrément, ensuring no middlemen and a seamless process.

Our services are not just about meeting regulatory requirements; they are about opening doors to new markets, providing a marketing tool for manufacturers, and giving stakeholders confidence in the quality and suitability of materials used. With the upcoming launch of our new Irish Agrément service, we are expanding our reach and continuing to support the construction industry with reliable, innovative solutions.

Agrément Clones

Streamlined Certification for White-Labeled Products

Kiwa Clone Agréments offer a streamlined solution for replicating existing certifications for exact like-for-like white-labeled products. This service is particularly beneficial for manufacturers looking to expand their market presence efficiently and cost-effectively.

Clone Agréments verify that a product has been tested and validated under the same criteria as the original certification but are issued in the name of the reseller or distributor. This allows new businesses to sell the product under the Kiwa Agrément approval status for the re-branded product, even though they have not undergone the full testing themselves.

For a Clone to be issued, the product must be identical to the original certified product and manufactured at the same location, ensuring all products meet the same high standards of quality and performance. This process simplifies compliance, reduces costs, and maintains consistency and reliability in the market, enabling manufacturers to confidently expand their product offerings while upholding the highest standards.

Installer Assessment and Surveillance Scheme

Even the best products can fail if not installed correctly. Our installer certification ensures that products are installed to the highest standards, maintaining their performance and longevity. This certification benefits manufacturers by:

-  Ensuring proper installation practices
-  Reducing the risk of product failure due to incorrect installation
-  Providing peace of mind to end-users and stakeholders
-  Enhancing the overall reputation of the product and manufacturer

By certifying installers, we help maintain the integrity of the product throughout its lifecycle, ensuring that it performs as intended and meets all necessary standards.

Example organised schemes are:

-  External Wall Insulation (EWI)
-  Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI)
-  Spray Foam

We are also happy to discuss tailored installer schemes against any Kiwa Agrément. We are also happy to develop customised installer schemes tailored to your specific Kiwa Agrément, ensuring optimal installation practices and maximising the performance and lifetime of your products.
